Junior Coaches program
BECOME A FEARLESS ROLE MODEL TODAY
Our Junior Coaches program gives girls and gender-fluid teens (ages 14-17) the chance to volunteer and coach the younger kids in our Fearless programs. Over the season, you’ll build confidence, develop your leadership style, and create meaningful connections with each other, our Project Fearless Coaches and the younger kids in our courses.

JOIN THE COACHING CREW
We’re looking for Junior Coaches to join us in spring 2025!
To tell us why you’d like to join the program, fill in our short application. You can apply until February 6th and Coach's Day is February 22nd. The spring program will run from February 24th to April 18th.
You’ll be matched with one of our core 8-week programs, to volunteer alongside our Coaches and be a role model for the younger kids (ages 9-14) on your course. We’ll try to match the course with your interests, so let us know them in your application.

Girls and gender-fluid teens (ages 14-17) looking to level up their leadership skills authentically and openly.
One season is anywhere from 12-16 hours of volunteering time.
*Due to the community and give-back aspect of our Junior Coaches program, it counts as part of your service requirements at school. For students at IB schools, being a PF Junior Coach counts towards the DP CAS program and/or the MYP Service as Action program. Woo! -
Coaching Kick-Off Day: February 22nd @11:00-15:00
During the program: Once a week for 8 weeks from February 24th to April 18th, after school @16:30-18:30. The day of the week depends on which Fearless course we match you with, and we’ll do our best to make it practical for travel time.As well as your weekly volunteering, you’ll have chances to connect with other teen mentors in our life skills workshops and check-ins throughout the season. We have fun team get-togethers as well, which all our Coaches are invited to!
-
This depends on the course you’re a Junior Coach for — we have courses all across Amsterdam Centrum and Nieuw-West. We’ll do our best to make it handy for travel time!
