for teens ages 14-17
Junior Coaches program
BECOME A FEARLESS ROLE MODEL TODAY
Our Junior Coaches program gives girls and gender-fluid teens (ages 14-17) the chance to volunteer and coach the younger kids in our Fearless programs, and participate in special events and workshops designed just for them. In this program you’ll build confidence, develop your leadership style, and create meaningful connections with each other, our Project Fearless Coaches and the younger kids in our courses.
WHO CAN APPLY
Girls and gender-fluid teens (ages 14-17) looking to level up their leadership skills authentically and openly.
What will you do?
If you choose to become a volunteer Jr. Coach in one of our 8-week programs, you’ll volunteer alongside our Coaches and be a role model for the younger kids (ages 9-14) on your course. We’ll try to match the course that matches your interests and your schedule.
As well as your weekly volunteering, you’ll have chances to connect with other teen mentors in our life skills workshops and check-ins throughout the season. We have fun team get-togethers as well, which all our Coaches are invited to!
-
Due to the community and give-back aspect of our Junior Coaches program, it counts as part of your service requirements at school. For students at IB schools, being a PF Junior Coach counts towards the DP CAS program and/or the MYP Service as Action program. Woo!
