About Project Fearless

Project Fearless is a community-driven nonprofit empowering kids and teens to become confident, compassionate leaders. Through impactful programs, community events, and strategic partnerships, we inspire the next generation of fearless individuals. We are always looking for passionate individuals from volunteering behind the scenes, coaching in a course or joining our team as a paid role there are many ways to join our team and help us make an impact. Coaching & In-Course Support Opportunities

See Them, Be Them

Our Coaches identify with the female experience and are passionate about creating safe and empowering spaces. We’re looking for enthusiastic Coaches (creative, sports and more) in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

We believe the best way to empower and inspire our girls is to bring accessible role models into our programs: our Coaches. That way, we can show Fearless kids what’s possible for their own futures.

*People often ask us if they can watch a Project Fearless course in action, to see if they’d like to join us as a Coach. We get why! But we can’t invite you along for child protection, privacy and safety reasons. Thanks for understanding.

Our courses run in 8-week seasons, with one session per week (so you’ll coach 8 weekly sessions per season). Each session will be between 1 hour 15 minutes and 2 hours long (depending on the course), inside the 16:30-19:00 time window.

Over each season, coaching with us will take up at least 10-16 hours of your time.
Our coaching teams are a super-important part of Project Fearless.
Our Coaches plan and lead our courses, creating an inspiring and inclusive atmosphere for Fearless kids and fellow Coaches.
Every course has at least one Head Coach, Assistant Coach and Junior Coach, so you’ll always be coaching as part of a supportive crew.
Are you aged 14-17 and looking to get involved and grow your leadership skills? Check out our Junior Coaches program!
We run our courses in English and/or Dutch (depending on the kids who’ve signed up and the course location).

Coaches who can switch between languages are a plus, but this isn’t a must-have. We’ll always make sure you have a Dutch-speaking Coach in your crew!

Our volunteer roles are outside work hours and adaptable to your schedule. Were as our paid roles vary in commitment from full time, hybrid to part-time.
