Want to learn more about what makes you *you*?
How can understanding the different parts of our identities help us connect to each other and be more creative?
Kinda like a puzzle, our identities are made up of plenty of different pieces, like our race, gender, religion and more. Each piece contributes to who we are, and considering them all helps us understand and appreciate each other.
During the workshop, we’ll explain intersectionality and why it’s important to keep in mind when you’re leading (and in your daily life). Our Coaches and speakers will share their perspectives and stories, and there’ll be lots of group discussions.
We’ll learn from each other, think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for how we can make Project Fearless programs as inclusive as possible 💡
