Mac+Moore are Jess+Nat: an award-winning brand consultancy dedicated to moving brands forward. They’ve spent 20+ years working with values-led leaders in tech, ESG and not-for-profit to help drive growth, create connections and make moves that matter. In 2019, Mac+Moore worked with Mérida to define and build strong brand foundations for Project Fearless, helping it get off the ground and grow. Together, they converted Mérida’s vision into brand strategy and messaging that would resonate with the young people she was looking to reach.
Maddy Russell, brand designer
Maddy specialises in brand development, visual identity and graphic design for community-spirited businesses. She’s run her business for 7 years, working across health and wellbeing, FMCG, education, tech and more. She believes good design is about much more than how things look: designing from the inside out — starting at the heart of what you do and why you do it, then building from there — ensures you’re appealing to the right people, in the right way. In 2019, Maddy collaborated with Mac+Moore and Mérida on the brand design to launch Project Fearless.
